Where do I get my registration code?
Registration codes are provided by participating counties.  If a county is participating in CivilView your law firm will receive a letter which provides a registration code and registration instructions.  If additional users in your firm would like to register they will need to contact the county's civil office to obtain their specific registration codes.

Subscription Initializing?
When a user registers for a subscription there is an initial data synchronization process which occurs immediately after registration.  This process usually takes about 15-30 minutes.  You will be sent an email when the initialization process has completed.  At that time, your subscription information will be ready to access.

Email Not Verified?
This message will appear on the Subscription page if you have not validated your email address.  When you register as a new CivilView user or if you change the email address on your CivilView account, you will automatically be sent an email message with a hyperlink which must be followed in order to verifiy your email address.  If you have not received your Email Verification email message you may resend the message by navigating to the My Account page and clicking the hyperlink next to your email address.  Make sure you have turned off any SPAM blocking which may prevent email messages from www.civilview.com.

Subscription Expired?
Once your subscription for a county has expired you will see the Subscription Expired message.  You may renew your subscription by contact the Civil Office for that county.
